Zeb Nicholson is a lifelong Cedar Falls resident with a deep connection to the community he calls home. Before entering real estate, Zeb spent 13 years as a high school math teacher, where he developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, attention to detail, and guiding people through complex ideas—skills that translate naturally into helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process.

Today, Zeb is part of Twin Power Group with RE/MAX Concepts, where he works with clients throughout Cedar Falls and the surrounding Cedar Valley. His approach to real estate reflects his background in education: clear communication, patience, and a focus on helping people understand each step along the way. Whether someone is buying their first home or preparing to sell, Zeb prioritizes thoughtful guidance and practical insight to help clients make confident decisions.

 

Outside of real estate, Zeb remains active in the community he has always called home. In 2014, he founded the Cedar Falls High School Rocket Club, which he continues to mentor, and he is also a member of the Cedar Falls Lions Club. Zeb and his wife have spent their lives in the Cedar Valley and enjoy raising their two children here—often taking advantage of Cedar Falls’ extensive bike trails and the many things the community has to offer.
